It’s a straight fight between Kasabian and Coldplay for the title of Britain’s biggest band. Coldplay may have the larger body of work, so far, but on the rock’n’roll scale, Kasabian nail it. They are the inheritors of Oasis’ ‘band of the people’ crown.
They have the hips and swagger and attitude that comes down from Mick
and Keef. They look like rock stars, they hang out with rock stars.
Their attachment to snooker genius Ronnie O’Sullivan makes him even more

and beyond, their hirsute guitar hero and chief string-puller Serge
Pizzorno takes a break from changing nappies (fancy!) to charm The Big
Issue. Warning: this interview contains swearing and mentions of drugs
and great hair. Rock, and indeed, roll. Get ready… Full Interview Here
